Our Focus
We produce pyrolysis bio-oil from EFB biomass as a versatile renewable feedstock for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) production. Derived from agricultural waste via fast pyrolysis, our bio-oil is rich in aromatic, and phenolic compounds and long-chain alkanes, making it an ideal intermediate for upgrading to drop-in SAF hydrocarbons.
This bio-oil supports advanced SAF production pathways like hydrodeoxygenation (HDO), catalytic fast pyrolysis (CFP), and co-processing in existing refineries – achieving >70% greenhouse gas reductions compared to fossil jet fuels. It can be integrated into HEFA and other SAF production processes used in current aviation infrastructure.
Certification and Standards
Our bio-oil meets industrial standards for SAF feedstock development (e.g. low sulfur content (<0.5%), high energy content ~ 35 MJ/kg), verified by GC-MS for aromatics, phenolics and hydrocarbons. These are ISCC-certified for sustainability.
Commitment to Sustainability
We are committed to having our bio-oil ISCC (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) certified. This certification ensures our production process adheres to stringent sustainability requirements, focusing on four key areas:
