Greentech World is focused on signing long-term supply contracts with multiple suppliers of low-cost biomass raw material, supported by our German-designed production plant in Indonesia. By locating production close to abundant biomass waste sources, we eliminate dependency on expensive third-party waste-collection networks.
Our mission is to convert biomass waste into two high-value products:
- High-calorific value briquettes and pellets for substitution in coal-fired thermal processes; and
- Pyrolysis bio-oil that can be upgraded to supplement used cooking oil (UCO) in sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) value -chains.
In doing so, we help heavy-industry and aviation sectors meet their net-zero commitments while reducing feedstock costs, enhancing supply security and supporting circular-economy solutions.

With over several decades of designing and developing high-efficiency biomass processing machines, we have perfected a proprietary process of shredding the palm oil empty fruit bunch biomass, drying them and then briquetting them ready for direct replacement of coal used in power plants.
Pyrolysis Bio-oil
(SAF Feedstock)
We are developing one of the world’s most cost-effective pathways to produce pyrolysis bio-oil from biomass waste. This bio-oil can be upgraded – either directly or via blending – to supplement used cooking oil (UCO) or other feedstocks in established hydroprocessed ester and fatty acid (HEFA) SAF production systems.
Why We Exist
The aviation sector is targeting net-zero by 2050. In 2022, global SAF production reached ~300 million litres; in 2023 it doubled to ~600 million litres — yet that still only covers about 0.2% of global fuel use.
To stay on track for net-zero, SAF production must scale to ~23 billion litres by 2030.
Traditional HEFA (Hydroprocessed Esters & Fatty Acids) technologies rely heavily on UCO, POME, and animal fats — feedstocks which are increasingly scarce and expensive.
Our approach uses abundant biomass waste, low-cost processing and produces pyrolysis bio-oil that can supplement UCO in SAF production — thus offering a scalable, cost-competitive feedstock pathway.
At the same time, our briquettes/pellets provide heavy-industry with a coal-replacement fuel, reducing carbon emissions and addressing thermal-fuel risk.
